A PROBLEM WITH THE SMALLER STORE RETAIL STRATEGY
Smaller stores by big retailers require end-to-end supply chain inventory velocity, same as e-commerce does. Otherwise, with failed customer experience and expectations, the strategy can become a stop gap effort. Amazon with its velocity is stocked and waiting.
