MANUFACTURERS--INVENTORY RICH AND ORDER FILL POOR

Many manufacturers are Inventory Rich yet struggle to fulfill orders. Inventory as an asset is a misdirection when viewed from lean. Inventory Velocity is the need as part of Supply Chain transformation.
