MANUFACTURING AND THE UPSTREAM SUPPLY CHAIN
Manufacturers should make proper use of the Upstream Supply Chain where supply begins. With the sale forecast, build plan, & bills of material, create a upstream supply chain by suppliers & by parts/components. Then use that to feed a logistics plan & supplier performance.
