Amazon revolutionized retail & e-commerce with 2-day Order Delivery. They elevated Supply Chain Management to do it. Now they are disrupting with 1-day order delivery. Again with SCM. Could the message be any clearer? Yet retailers & CPG FMCG manufacturers do not transform.
