LOGISTICS HUBS / PARKS
How many logistics hubs have actually succeeded
financially? How many have, at minimum, met the planned
volumes---tons, pallets, containers, dollars of cargo--that were
forecast? Why have they not succeeded? And why do other logistics hubs
repeat the same mistakes made by those that did not succeed? Asset
rich and cargo poor continues!
