I will be doing two one-day seminars in London on 8 and 9 June.
8 June will be a discussion of Global Food Supply Chain Risk. Much of what has been written about the topic actually excludes the actual supply chain. Pictures of a ship, for example, are used as used for the supply chain. Insurance companies talk assets. These failures at dealing with real-world global food supply chain risk increase risk.
Not dealing with the supply chain, logistics infrastructure, logistics service providers, Incoterms, and other trade activities increase risk.
Also, much of risk identification is about analytics. Identifying supply chain risk is about more than data analytics. This is especially true with so much of the data coming from external sources, with multiple platforms, different languages, from diverse documents, and more.
Can you risk not understanding the real global food supply chain and its risks?
Learn the supply chain risk model and risk methodology. Get practical insights that are critical to risk identification.
Government agencies, buyers, and sellers should attend. Learn about logistics, how food moves through supply chains, risk areas, and more.
The 9 June seminar will be on Blue Ocean Strategy Using the New Supply Chain Management.
