SUPPLY CHAINS SHOULD NOT BE BUILT ON COSTS

Too many Supply Chains are built on cost. Not on Inventory Velocity. Result is lower customer experience, sales, and liquidity. Firms lose competitive differentiation and stay stuck in Red Ocean.
