OMNICHANNEL, E-COMMERCE, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Those who view omnichannel / e-commerce logistics by pick and pack operations are in for trouble.  There is supply chain divergence and a new supply chain paradigm happening.  Amazon and some others understand it.
