NEW E-COMMERCE, NEW SUPPLY CHAIN, DELIVERY SOLUTIONS
An interesting part of the new e-commerce driven by the new supply chain is its using different ways to deliver orders to meet the immediacy requirement. The "usual" transport providers and 3PLs are not being used. Maybe these firms need to wake up to the blue ocean strategy. Or be left behind.
