CONTAINER LINE SCHEDULE RELIABILITY--A GOOD METRIC?
What does measuring container line schedule reliabilty tell shippers? It excludes canceled sailings and rolled containers. It is based on slow steaming. It is only port-port. So for Supply Chain Management is it a valid metric? Or a vanity metric for carriers?
