RETAIL'S LOST FOCUS

Retail lost its focus for decades. That focus is coming back for some. It is not about stores. It should have never been. It is about customers. And how to service them in their search and acquisition for products. 

That effort is built about the new supply chain management, with its end to end velocity. Other topics are misdirection from needed transformation. And that his not a good place to be. Make Supply Chains strategic and weaponized.
