SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DIVERGENCE
I think we have reached a point of divergence in supply chain management. "Traditional" business ways for both B2B and B2C versus dealing in the connected, online, demanding global market. Bricks and mortar versus multichannel, ecommerce, and cross channel. Regular divergence and hidden divergence. Organizations are out-of-date with the realities of doing business. Against all that, how do supply chains respond, design, align, and perform to meet the requirements of customers and stakeholders? Does outsourcing now lag what is required? From strategic and tactical views, a new supply chain paradigm and operating model are required. LTD Management understands all this.
