SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Too often supply chains are an amalgamation of low cost bid winners trying to deal with a series of transactions / orders. It is not about supply chain management, the process, and the flow of products to service customers. This approach to supply chain management is failing all stakeholders.
