CLICK AND COLLECT, E-COMMERCE
Is click and collect a valid, sustainable way to do e-commerce? What order online and then have to go to the store to get the shipment? Is it a gimmick for those who do not understand e-commerce or are unwilling to pay delivery? LTD does not see a strong future for click and collect. The new e-commerce will push aside click and collect.
