NAFTA Freight Flows Jump to Record High in October

Monthly freight flows between the U.S. and its NAFTA partners surged 5.9 percent in October to a record $108.2 billion, according to statistics released Jan. 8 by the Department of Transportation. The value of total U.S. trade with Canada and Mexico was also up 4.9 percent from a year earlier.
