Do enough companies measure the performance of their logistics providers—ocean transport,
domestic transport, warehouse, fulfillment, forwarding, brokerage, etc.? Logistics performance is important for supply chain performance. Is
performance tied to governance and contracts? If it is not measured, what are they buying and why?
