OMNICHANNEL RETAILERS--STOP MAKING E-COMMERCE ABOUT YOU

Omnichannel Retailers that do Click And Collect should also let customers choose direct delivery service (aka, Amazon). Otherwise you will lose out with e-commerce.  It is called the Customer Experience, not the Retail Experience.
