E-COMMERCE AND OMNICHANNEL

What some firms are doing with e-commerce and omnichannel sales shows little understanding by them of the disrupter to their businesses and to their supply chains.  Firms selling B2C, firms selling B2B, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, bricks and mortar companies, and many who now practice ecommerce will face more changes.

Supply chain divergence is happening.  There is a new supply chain paradigm that too many firms are failing to understand.
