As carriers bring on ultra-large and mega-ships into key trades and divert large vessels into other trades, is this building global overcapacity?  We believe it does.  If so, what can container lines do?  What will container lines do?  Does this speed up the perfect storm that will leave maybe 9 container lines still in business?  What does this do for forwarders, 3PLs, and shippers who only chase cheap rates?  What does it do for managing supply chains?
